Job summary

TCR Services FZC LLC is seeking a motivated Telecaller with experience in visa processing and immigration consultancy to join our team in Dubai's Business Bay. Qualifications

• 1–2 years telecalling experience, preferably in visa processing or immigration consultancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of immigration programs, visit visas, work permits, PR processes and documentation.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Explain visa and immigration services to potential clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration advisors.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
• Provide information regarding visa requirements documentation eligibility and processing timelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the visa processing team for client updates.
• Resolve client queries and provide excellent customer service.
