TalentBridge Dubai is seeking an experienced VIP Private Chef to join a prestigious private household and luxury estate in Dubai. The role focuses on discretion, flexibility and personalised service, with responsibility for daily dining, menu planning, and nutrition across European and Mediterranean dishes, especially Italian and seafood, while ensuring child-friendly options.

This live-in position requires an organized, discreet chef who can coordinate with the Estate Manager and household team

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as Private Chef/Household Chef or similar for a VIP/UHNW family.
• Understanding discretion, confidentiality and flexibility for VIP clients.
• Strong capability across European and international cuisine, especially Italian and Mediterranean.
• Confident in selecting and presenting premium seafood.
• Ability to prepare varied, high-quality everyday meals for adults and children.
• Adapt menus to dietary preferences and last-minute requests.
• Maintain exceptional kitchen hygiene and stock management.
• Ability to adapt meal times and guest numbers as required.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced VIP Private Chef to join a prestigious VIP private household and luxury estate in Dubai.

This is not a standard restaurant or hotel Chef position. The successful candidate must understand the discretion, flexibility, consistency and personalised service standards required when working directly for a VIP family within a private household environment.

The VIP Private Chef will manage the family's day-to-day culinary requirements, preparing fresh, high-quality meals tailored to individual preferences. The family enjoys European and international cuisine, particularly Italian food and seafood, while meals for the children should be nutritious, family-friendly and generally non-spicy.

This is primarily a live-in VIP household position requiring an experienced Private Chef who is highly organised, discreet, adaptable and comfortable working closely with a VIP family and their household team.

Key Responsibilities

• VIP Dining: Prepare exceptional daily meals for the VIP family, children and household guests according to individual preferences and requirements.
• Menu Planning: Develop varied weekly menus covering European, Italian, Mediterranean, seafood and international cuisine while maintaining variety and nutritional balance.
• Family Cooking: Deliver excellent everyday family dining rather than relying solely on restaurant-style or fine-dining dishes.
• Children Meals: Prepare nutritious, appealing and generally non-spicy meals suitable for children while adapting to their individual preferences.
• Guest Dining: Prepare elevated meals and dining experiences for VIP guests, private entertaining and special household occasions when required.
• Food Preparation: Manage preparation, cooking, presentation and service to consistently high private-household standards.
• Ingredient Sourcing: Source fresh, premium-quality ingredients and manage grocery requirements, suppliers and appropriate kitchen stock levels.
• Kitchen Management: Maintain an exceptionally clean, organised and professionally managed private household kitchen.
• Dietary Adaptation: Adjust menus quickly according to family preferences, dietary requirements, allergies, schedules and last-minute requests.
• Household Coordination: Work professionally with the Estate Manager and wider household team to ensure seamless service within the VIP residence.

Candidate Requirements

• Private Experience: Demonstrate substantial previous experience as a Private Chef, Family Chef, Household Chef or Chef supporting a comparable VIP, UHNW or luxury private household.
• VIP Exposure: Understand the service standards, discretion, confidentiality and flexibility required when working directly for a VIP family.
• European Cuisine: Demonstrate strong practical capability across European and international cuisine, with particular strength in Italian and Mediterranean-style cooking.
• Seafood Expertise: Be highly confident selecting, preparing and presenting premium seafood dishes.
• Family Cooking: Demonstrate the ability to prepare varied, high-quality everyday meals for adults and children rather than focusing only on formal fine dining.
• Children Cooking: Be confident preparing nutritious, child-friendly and generally non-spicy meals tailored to individual preferences.
• Kitchen Standards: Maintain exceptional food hygiene, kitchen organisation, ingredient storage and stock-management standards.
• Service Flexibility: Adapt confidently to changing meal times, guest numbers, menus, family schedules and last-minute requests.
