Private Chef, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, Live Out Preferred, Up to 15,000 AED gross per month
A private family based on Palm Jumeirah is seeking an experienced private chef to cook for a household of seven, five children and two adults. The role covers breakfast, lunch and dinner across a wide range of cuisines, with a strong emphasis on healthy, fresh cooking and confident handling of dietary requirements including gluten free.
The children have breakfast before school, with other family members typically eating later in the evening. The role may be structured as two chefs working split shifts, one covering breakfast and the second working roughly midday to late evening, so candidates comfortable working as part of a small kitchen team are welcome to apply.
The chef is responsible for cooking, service and keeping the kitchen clean and organised. Grocery shopping is handled by the household driver, so the chef can focus on menu planning and cooking. Cooking is for the family only, not the wider staff team. For dinner parties, additional kitchen support will be provided.
Family travels to London in the summer over the Christmas period until 2nd January, during which the chef can take holiday.
Six days per week (including weekends), one day off during the week
