Job summary

Morgan & Mallet International seeks an exceptional Full-time Private Chef for a private family residence in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialise in Lebanese, Greek and Italian cuisines, with emphasis on authentic Mediterranean cooking, healthy dishes and elegant presentation.

Responsibilities include preparing daily meals, creating weekly menus, sourcing premium ingredients, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Private Chef in luxury private households, yachts, five-star hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Excellent knowledge of Lebanese, Greek, and Italian cuisine.
• Strong understanding of healthy Mediterranean cooking.
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail.

• Prepare daily meals for the family, including breakfast, lunch and dinner as required.
• Create varied weekly menus combining healthy everyday meals with Lebanese, Greek and Italian cuisine.
• Prepare sophisticated meals and menus for entertaining guests.
• Source and select high-quality fresh ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
• Maintain exceptional standards of kitchen hygiene, organization and food safety.
• Travel with the family when required.

We are seeking for an exceptional Full-time Private Chef for a private family residence in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Lebanese, Greek and Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on authentic Mediterranean cooking, premium ingredients, healthy dishes, and elegant presentation.

Responsibilities

Cuisine

The chef must be highly skilled in:

• Lebanese cuisine – authentic traditional and contemporary Lebanese dishes, mezze, grills, seafood, and home-style cooking.
• Greek cuisine – Mediterranean dishes, fresh seafood, grills, salads, and traditional Greek specialties.
• Italian cuisine – excellent pasta, risotto, seafood, meat dishes, and authentic Italian home cooking.
• Prepare high-quality daily meals for the family, including breakfast, lunch and dinner as required.
• Create varied weekly menus combining healthy everyday meals with Lebanese, Greek, and Italian cuisine.
• Prepare sophisticated meals and menus when entertaining guests.
• Source and select the highest-quality fresh ingredients.
• Accommodate dietary preferences and prepare healthy, balanced meals.
• Maintain exceptional standards of kitchen hygiene, organization, and food safety.
• Manage kitchen inventory, suppliers, and food purchasing.
• Travel with the family when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef or senior chef in a luxury private household, yacht, five-star hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of Lebanese, Greek, and Italian cuisine.
• Strong understanding of healthy Mediterranean cooking.
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
• Professional, discreet, flexible, and trustworthy.
• Comfortable working within a high-standard private household environment.
• A practical cooking trial will be required as part of the selection process.
