Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a professional Butler to deliver personalized, discreet service to VIP guests during luxury stays. You will anticipate guest needs, coordinate with hotel teams, and manage special requests to ensure seamless experiences.

The role requires strong communication, immaculate grooming, and fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected to maintain the highest standards of VIP service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years’ experience as Butler or in luxury hotel guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, grooming, and discretion.
• Knowledge of VIP service standards in luxury hotels.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Additional languages highly preferred: Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized butler services to VIP and assigned guests.
• Handle guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B for guest needs.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Arrange dining, transportation, and in-room experiences.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, coffees, and specialty drinks.
