Job summary

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi invites applications for an Ambassador to welcome and assist guests, with a focus on Emirati and Arabic visitors and VIPs. You will handle complaints, anticipate needs, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting.

You will also train colleagues on local culture and traditions, maintain high-level knowledge of hotel services, and collaborate with departments to deliver seamless, personalised service to high-profile guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Hospitality, Retail or Customer focused experience.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Emirati and Arabic guests, liaise with UAE VIPs and dignitaries.
• Provide training on local culture, Ramadan, Eid and National Day to colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel departments, services and F&B outlets.
• Review VIP reports and coordinate with managers to welcome high-profile guests.
• Build rapport with VIP guests and update profiles for personalized service.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Security, Front Office, Transportation and Housekeeping.
