Job summary

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi seeks an Ambassador-Coffee Man who speaks Arabic to welcome guests with warm hospitality. You will provide Arabic coffee, towels, dates, and beverages, share insights on UAE culture, and guide guests while maintaining a polished lobby experience.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and at least 1 year of guest service experience in a 5-star hotel; familiarity with UAE customs is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic.
• 1 year guest service experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Aware of UAE history and culture.

Responsibilities

• Offer arriving guests refreshments (cold towels, dates, water/juice, Arabic coffee) and share UAE info.
• Greet guests in the lobby and initiate conversations while they wait.
• Prepare and serve Arabic coffee and other beverages using standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness by clearing cups and towels and storing used items properly.
• Assist management with related duties as needed.
