Job summary

Saeed Lootah Foundation in Dubai is seeking a VIP Chef to prepare diverse international cuisines for a premium hospital setting. You will deliver customized meals with strict hygiene and patient-focused service, aligning with hospital protocols.

Ideal candidates will have proven chef experience in VIP service or luxury settings, strong HACCP knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with dietitians and healthcare teams while maintaining discretion and a high standard of presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven professional Chef experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with INTERNATIONAL CUISINES – MANDATORY.
• Experience in VIP service, luxury hotels, fine dining, private households, or high-end catering.
• Experience preparing customized meals according to dietary requirements, allergies, and food restrictions.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles.
• Willingness to strictly follow hospital food safety and infection-control procedures.
