Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Coordinator to join our Butler Services team. You will manage daily reports, handle Butler requests, and coordinate with Guest Services to ensure timely fulfillment for VIP guests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative hospitality experience, fluent English, and excellent organizational skills. You will maintain guest profiles, support dispatching of butlers, and uphold Forbes standards and Wynn brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
• Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience within hospitality, luxury hotel/resort setting or a 5-star hotel.
• Strong understanding of VIP services and expectations of high-profile clientele.
• Strong interpersonal and service communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong administrative skills, including accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in standard office applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports for morning briefings.
• Handle and track all Butler Services requests and calls.
• Coordinate with Guest Services Centre and departments for timely fulfilment.
• Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and service records.
• Ensure knowledge of resort facilities, services, and F&B menus.
• Support dispatching of Butlers, including VIP and Gaming.
• Deliver prompt, personalized service and resolve guest concerns.
• Uphold Forbes standards and Wynn brand expectations; report guest feedback.
• Control master keys and work devices with accurate tracking.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping on room status and operations.
• Monitor room turnover and ensure communication during PMS downtime.
• Ensure accurate shift handovers and provide administrative support to management.
