Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island invites an experienced Assistant Manager to join the resort’s Butler Services team. You will lead a high‑caliber team to deliver exceptional, Forbes‑level service across suites and Gaming Salons, ensuring guest requests are met with precision and discretion.

Successful candidates will have 7+ years in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, multilingual communication, and a commitment to grooming and etiquette. Flexible schedules including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of luxury hospitality or guest service management.
• Minimum 4 years of butler service in a large integrated resort or Forbes Five Star property.
• Strong leadership, training, and team management capabilities.
• Multilingual abilities with fluency in at least two languages.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Butler Services team to deliver Forbes-level service.
• Oversee daily Butler operations and ensure suites and Gaming Salons are guest-ready.
• Maintain organization, maintenance and readiness of service areas and equipment.
• Fulfill special requests accurately and respect guest preferences.
• Review guest accounts for accuracy and uphold company policies.
• Drive improvements in service quality, safety and efficiency.
