Job summary

CMA CGM in Abu Dhabi seeks a data-driven Regional Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence for the MEA region.

You will deliver insights, dashboards, and cost analyses to support fleet optimization, network performance, and business development initiatives while partnering with Line Operations, Port Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of significative experience.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, maritime operations, or transportation is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent numerical aptitude.
• Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French not required.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work across multiple departments and cultures.
• Interest in shipping operations, network strategy, and maritime industry dynamics.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting directly to the COO, you will support the Regional Operations team in driving operational excellence, network performance, and strategic development across the MEA region.

In a fast-growing and complex shipping environment, you will provide data-driven insights to support operational improvements, fleet optimization, cost analysis, competitive intelligence, and business development initiatives. You will work closely with Line Operations, Port Operations, Commercial, Finance, and local agencies across the region.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

A. Operations Excellence & Performance

• Analyze regional operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Profile description:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
