Job summary
CMA CGM Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a VIE Operation Excellence & Analytics Manager to drive regional performance, analyze operational data, and support fleet and network optimization. The role collaborates with multiple departments to implement dashboards and improve KPIs in a fast-paced shipping environment.
The candidate will leverage Power BI, advanced Excel, and strong communication skills to provide actionable insights, cost analysis, and strategic recommendations for growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of significative experience.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, maritime operations, or transportation is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform operational, financial, and competitive analyses.
Responsibilities
- Analyze regional operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor service performance, schedule reliability, and operational KPIs.
- Propose and follow up corrective action plans to improve efficiency.
- Support the implementation of operational reporting and performance dashboards.
