Role Summary

The Videographer is a key member of the in‑house marketing team, delivering professional video and photographic assets for use across digital, print, and live channels. The role involves managing shoots, directing production setups, and handling full post‑production to support GEMS marketing and communications objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots based on campaign briefs and creative requirements
• Operate and direct multi‑camera studio equipment and live video switching systems
• Capture live action, studio, and event video footage in varied environments
• Generate and integrate on‑screen graphics and text during live or recorded productions
• Edit video content, reviewing footage and removing unnecessary segments
• Manage audio mixing, studio lighting, microphones, and related production equipment
• Deliver post‑production work using professional editing software
• Plan and execute photography shoots aligned with campaign themes and objectives
• Select appropriate equipment, settings, lighting, props, and compositions
