Elite Merit Real Estate LLC in Dubai is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Videographer to join our in-house Marketing Department. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with high-quality equipment, exposure to property marketing, and collaboration with experienced content creators.

You will shoot and edit for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more, assist senior videographers on larger productions, and grow your skills in Premiere Pro, camera work, lighting and storytelling in a

Qualifications

• Some previous experience in videography, content creation or video production.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of frame rate, shutter speed, aperture, ISO and white balance.
• Comfortable shooting horizontal and vertical content.
• Basic experience using gimbals or stabilised camera systems.
• Understanding of composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
• Good awareness of current social media content styles and formats.
• Organised approach to footage, project files and equipment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change.
• Strong willingness to learn and improve.

Responsabilités

• Shoot and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms, including Reels, Stories, property videos, behind-the-scenes content and agent-focused videos.
• Film property tours, interviews, company events, office content and marketing campaigns
• Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, including basic colour correction, audio editing, transitions, subtitles and graphics.
• Operate mirrorless cameras and professional production equipment, including gimbals, stabilisers, tripods, lighting, microphones and basic audio equipment.
• Capture B-roll and supporting footage and assist senior videographers with larger or more complex productions.
• Prepare and organise footage and project files, and export and optimise content for different social media formats and platforms
• Maintain and handle cameras, lenses, lighting and production equipment responsibly.
• Work closely with the wider Marketing team to turn ideas and briefs into engaging visual content
• Stay up to date with social media video trends, editing techniques and new production tools.

This is an opportunity for someone at the beginning of their professional videography career who wants to develop quickly, work with high-quality equipment, and learn alongside experienced content creators and videographers.

Role overview

You will be involved in producing content across social media, property marketing, company events, interviews, podcasts, agent content and corporate campaigns. From shooting vertical Reels to assisting with larger productions, no two weeks will look exactly the same.We are looking for someone with a good creative eye, solid technical foundations and, most importantly, the ambition to keep learning.
