Job summary

Solved6 in Dubai is seeking a skilled video editor to craft short-form content for 10+ brands across real estate, beauty, fashion, automotive and more. You will shape pacing, hooks, sound and style beyond a simple cut.

You’ll work with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and CapCut, edit paid social ads, and use After Effects for text animation. English is required; Arabic is a plus. This is a fully remote role with growth into senior editor as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing short-form social content for brands or creators.
• A portfolio with Reels/TikToks that performed (views, retention or ad results).
• Expert in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus CapCut.
• Experience editing paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
• After Effects or motion graphics skills for text animation.
• A strong sense of trends, pacing and sound on Instagram and TikTok.
• Fast turnaround without losing quality.
• Good English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos per week across multiple client accounts.
• Build strong hooks in the first 2 seconds and keep retention high to the end.
• Add captions, motion text, sound design, music, transitions and colour grading.
• Create ad variations (hooks, lengths, formats) for paid campaigns.
• Adapt each video to the brand’s tone, from luxury real estate to beauty and events.
• Turn long footage (interviews, events, shoots) into multiple short clips.
• Suggest concepts and trends; tell us when a brief or footage won’t work.
• Use AI tools to speed up work: auto-captions, cleanup, B-roll, repurposing.

Solved6 is a Dubai-based “Marketing Department as a Service” agency. We run social, paid media, PR, SEO and content for brands across the GCC and globally, in real estate, beauty, fashion, automotive, hospitality and e-commerce.

We produce a lot of content, and we want every piece to stop the scroll.

The role

You edit short-form video for 10+ brands: Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube Shorts and paid social ads. You turn raw footage into content people watch to the end. You own pacing, hooks, sound and style, not just the cut.
