Job summary

The Citco Group seeks a Vice President, Institutional Services to manage a diverse multi-asset client portfolio and maintain proactive client relationships across global teams. You will align service delivery with client needs, manage SLAs, and contribute to RFPs and client visits.

You will lead projects, supervise Managers, and coordinate with operations to minimize risk while enhancing efficiency. A leadership track and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline with 7 years related work experience in the financial services industry.
• 2 years formal people management/leadership experience.
• Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with superior communication skills.
• Highly analytical with strong attributes on business processes accounting and allocation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of asset managers, endowments and family offices with multi-asset allocations.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to meet SLAs.
• Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements.
• Lead client onboarding, RFPs, presentations and demos to prospective clients.
• Monitor profitability, accounts receivable and identify opportunities to expand services.
