Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) seeks a Vice President, Group Commercial & Technology Enablement to lead the group's commercial systems, digital transformation, analytics, and ERP strategy. The role reports to Senior VP, and will shape enterprise-wide technology investments.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance and Digital teams in a large multinational energy organization, driving data-driven decisions and complex transformations across the ADNOC Group.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of leadership experience in procurement, commercial, or supply chain.
• Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation and ERP initiatives.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience operating in multinational organizations, preferably within energy, industrial, infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern commercial systems, processes, and technology standards across ADNOC Group.
• Lead the development and execution of the Group Commercial digital strategy, technology roadmap, and transformation agenda.
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making to enhance commercial performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Digital functions to optimize technology investments, business applications, and enterprise outcomes.
• Oversee ERP strategy, enterprise applications, and modernization efforts across the organization.
