Job summary

ADNOC Group seeks a Vice President - Commercial Performance in Abu Dhabi to lead governance, analytics, and reporting across its commercial and In-Country Value activities.

The role provides senior leadership with visibility into procurement, supplier management, contracts, purchasing, service levels, cost performance, and enterprise commercial operations, driving strategic programs through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking in procurement and commercial governance.
• Experience designing executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial performance management across procurement, contracts, supplier management, purchasing, and In‑Country Value activities.
• Establish an integrated monitoring and control framework for commercial operations.
• Define governance standards, reporting requirements, performance measures, and escalation procedures.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor procurement performance, contract execution, supplier delivery, and cost performance.
