The Vice President – Commercial Technology will lead the development, governance, and execution of technology capabilities supporting ADNOC Group's commercial function. Key Responsibilities
- Define the long‑term technology vision for ADNOC Group's commercial function.
- Develop and maintain an integrated digital strategy covering procurement, contracts, purchasing, supplier management, planning, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Translate commercial priorities into a structured technology roadmap with clear investment requirements, delivery phases, and measurable outcomes.
- Align technology initiatives with ADNOC Group's corporate strategy, operating model, and long‑term business objectives.
- Establish governance for commercial systems, applications, digital tools, data, and technology‑enabled processes.
- Define enterprise standards for system architecture, process design, integration, data ownership, access, and controls.

Ideal Profile

- Minimum 18 years of progressive leadership experience in procurement, commercial operations, supply chain, technology enablement, or a related business function.
- Extensive experience leading large‑scale digital transformation programs.
- Proven responsibility for ERP, enterprise applications, procurement platforms, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives.
