BNY in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Vice President, Ops Client Service II to join our team. You will resolve complex day-to-day issues for external clients in Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy and Class Action events and guide them to the right resources.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience in operations or client services; you will lead a team delivering high-quality service, develop business relationships, and propose expanded offerings to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• Extensive Knowledge and understanding of the full lifecycle of Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy and Class Action events.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Ops Client Service II to join our team. This role is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

In this role you will make an impact in the following way:

• Works with external clients to resolve the most complex day-to-day issues related to Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy and Class Action events and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.
• Leads team members in providing support to major clients whose partnership with BNY may have a broad impact on the business in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.

• Provides key individuals at assigned clients information related to BNY products and services representing a broad array of lines of business and geographies and leverages an expert understanding of broader BNY services and offerings.
• Uses extensive knowledge of client issues and needs to lead business development efforts.
• Uses expert understanding of BNY products and services to best propose expanded offerings to clients for front office consideration.
• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
