Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and daily schedules
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client follow-ups
• Register patients and maintain accurate client and medical records
• Coordinate effectively with veterinarians, assistants, groomers, and other team members
• Provide clients with clear information regarding services, appointments, and clinic procedures
• Handle payments, invoices, and front-desk transactions
• Follow up on appointments, treatments, vaccinations, and client requests
• Support the smooth daily operation of the reception and clinic
• Maintain excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a receptionist in a veterinary clinic is required
• Strong understanding of veterinary clinic workflow and terminology
• Excellent English communication skills Arabic is an advantage
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills
• Good computer, administrative, and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy and high pace clinic environment
• Professional, responsible, and confident when dealing with clients
• Must currently be available in the UAE
