Prototypes for Humanity invites a Venture Growth Manager to oversee a portfolio of early-stage ventures advancing from validation to first revenue and product-market fit. You will identify customers, users, distributors and public-sector buyers across the UAE, turning conversations into letters of intent, pilots and initial sales.

The role requires a strong commercial builder with 8+ years of experience in growth roles, a track record of securing commitments, fundraising savvy, and deep UAE

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience growing early-stage businesses in roles like cofounder or head of growth.
• Proven track record securing customers, letters of intent, pilots or first revenue.
• Sales mindset and ability to convert conversations into commitments.
• Experience fundraising and engaging with investors.
• Knowledge of the UAE startup ecosystem; GCC a plus.
• Existing network with industry and investors is advantageous.
• Track record collaborating with government authorities and regulatory bodies is a plus.
• Experience growing science or research-based ventures is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach potential customers, users, distributors and public sector buyers and turn conversations into letters of intent, paid pilots, early adopters and first sales.
• Work with founders to test and refine their offer toward product-market fit.
• Set a clear commercial roadmap for each venture and track progress.
• Help ventures prepare for a raise by coaching founders to talk about and sell what they built.
• Spend time in the field with site visits, client meetings and UAE events.
• Contribute to wider venture building with the P4H team.
