GrandFit Car Care in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi is hiring a Vehicle Service Advisor. Immediate joining for full-time employment. Salary AED 3,000–3,500 per month with company visa and medical insurance.

You will receive customers, inspect vehicles with technicians, open job cards, prepare repair estimates, coordinate with the workshop and parts suppliers, and follow up after service. Requirements include minimum 2 years of UAE service advisor experience, strong English communication, basic mechanical

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Service Advisor in a UAE garage or dealership.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic / Hindi / Malayalam an advantage).
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Computer knowledge (job card / billing systems).

Responsibilities

• Receive customers and understand vehicle complaints.
• Inspect vehicles along with technicians.
• Open job cards and prepare repair estimates.
• Get customer approvals and give regular job updates.
• Coordinate with workshop team and parts suppliers.
• Handle insurance claim jobs and documentation.
• Explain completed work to customers at vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with customers after service.
