Job summary

Ryno Cars in Dubai seeks an experienced Vehicle Acquisition / Purchasing Manager to source used and new inventory for the showroom and lot. You will negotiate offers, appraise vehicles, and ensure the right mix at the right price to maximize profitability.

You'll monitor UAE market trends, build sources across the region, and assess vehicle condition to support fast, confident purchasing decisions. A UAE driving license is required and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in car buying or selling in UAE
• Sharp negotiation skills and fast, confident purchasing decisions
• Ability to assess vehicle condition
• Valid UAE driving license is a must
• Fluent English required; Arabic a strong plus
• Performance bonus tied to turn rate/gross profit

Responsibilities

• Source vehicles through multiple channels (online auctions, private sellers, dealer-to-dealer trades) across UAE and GCC
• Appraise, inspect and negotiate purchase offers based on market data and internal sales team
• Monitor UAE market trends, pricing, and demand using valuation tools
• Build relationships with acquisition sources across the region
• Analyze inventory performance and adjust buying strategy accordingly
