Job summary

GTA Cars in Dubai seeks a Car Purchasing Specialist to drive stock acquisition in one of the world’s most active automotive markets. You will source vehicles across the UAE, evaluate condition and history, and negotiate with private sellers and dealers to secure advantageous deals.

The role requires proven automotive purchasing or sales experience, UAE experience preferred, and a valid UAE driving licence. You will collaborate with sales and operations to maintain stock alignment with market

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive purchasing or sales, UAE experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of vehicle makes, models, condition assessment, and market values.
Confidence in outbound sourcing and negotiating with private sellers and trade contacts.
Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

Source vehicles across the UAE market through outbound calls, online platforms, referrals, and your network.
Evaluate stock accurately — pricing, condition, mileage, service history, and saleability.
Negotiate purchase prices with private sellers and dealers to secure deals for the business.
Coordinate inspections, test drives, and compliance checks before any purchase is made.
Work closely with sales and operations to keep showroom stock aligned with demand.
Maintain clean, accurate records of sourcing activity and negotiations.
Consistently hitting monthly targets across volume, margin, and stock quality.
