Job summary

RAKEZ invites applications for a VAS Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of the outsourced VAS sales operation in Ras Al Khaimah. You will drive revenue, manage lead flow, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to CRM and service standards.

You will supervise the outsourced sales team, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales effectiveness, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong sales leadership and team coaching capabilities.
• Experience using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
• Experience managing outsourced teams or third-party service providers is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outsourced sales agents to achieve revenue, sales, conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities, lead management, pipeline progression, and follow-up performance.
• Drive achievement of monthly revenue and conversion targets through coaching.
• Analyze sales and operational performance metrics and address gaps.
• Ensure compliance with approved sales processes, CRM requirements, and service standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, SLA performance, and complaint resolution.
• Coordinate with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders to address challenges.
• Prepare and present performance reports covering revenue, sales, conversion, productivity, quality, and CX.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for sales and customer experience.
