Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai seeks a Van Salesman for FMCG products to drive sales, manage distribution, and collect payments from retailers across assigned routes. You will execute in-store promotions, ensure stock availability, update pricing, and provide feedback on market activities to support growth.

The role is permanent with long-term prospects and requires hands-on execution and strong relationship skills. Own transport is preferred; candidates must adhere to cash handling protocols and route

Qualifications

• Achieve sales, distribution and collection targets.
• Follow trip plans and route plans with supervisor.
• Execute POSM and brand exposure tasks at stores.
• List new products and revise prices in outlets.
• Ensure collections and adhere to cash deposit protocols.
• Provide market feedback on brand activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify new outlets and add them to route plans.
