Job summary

new STR in dubai is seeking an experienced FMCG Cash Van Salesman to drive daily sales across Dubai. You will sell and deliver from the van, meet targets, and grow a customer base of grocery stores, minimarkets and cafeterias, while handling invoices and cash.

The role demands a UAE driving licence; 5+ years of UAE cash-van FMCG experience; strong knowledge of Dubai markets; an active customer network is a plus; hands-on merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE FMCG Cash Van Sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s grocery markets and sales routes.
• Priority given to candidates with active customer networks across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver products directly from the van and meet daily sales targets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of UAE FMCG Cash Van Sales experience.

• Valid UAE driving licence—mandatory.
• Proven customer acquisition, negotiation, and cash-handling skills.
• Priority will be given to candidates with a proven, active customer network and strong relationships with grocery stores, mini-markets, and cafeterias throughout Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
• Hands-on merchandising experience, including shelf arrangement, product visibility, FIFO stock rotation, and promotional display execution.
