Job summary

Emirates Islamic seeks a Value Proposition Manager for the Emirati segment to develop and execute customer-centric proposition initiatives and campaigns across the UAE. The role aims to strengthen Emirates Islamic's position as the preferred bank for Emirati households, driving acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, and revenue growth within the UAE National segment.

The position requires collaboration with marketing, product, and analytics teams to design and optimize propositions and campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/marketing/finance related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking, customer propositions, retail banking, project management, or data analytics.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and customer lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking, Customer Propositions, Retail Banking, Project Management, or Data Analytics.
• Professional Project Management Certification, such as PMP or equivalent, preferred.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking products and customer lifecycle management.
• UAE banking experience highly advantageous.
