Job summary

Network International is seeking an Assistant Manager – Value Added Services (VAS) to support day-to-day coordination and delivery of value-added payment solutions. This UAE Nationals only role focuses on Emiratization and development of local talent within the UAE.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure timely execution, track performance, and maintain quality documentation for internal processes and customer materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and internal teams.
• Follow up on activities and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain trackers and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day queries and coordination requirements.
• Develop and maintain SLA trackers and service timelines.
• Monitor timelines and follow up with teams on pending activities.
• Document and improve internal processes.
• Escalate delays to relevant teams when required.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, product materials, and updates for customers.
• Coordinate with Product and Operations to collect information.
• Ensure presentations and materials are accurate and timely.
• Support Sales and Marketing on VAS activities and customer proposals.
