The Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) seeks a VAS Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of value-added services, ensuring compliance, monitoring KPIs, and driving service improvements across partner networks.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and external providers to enable frontline teams, optimize customer experience, and support revenue growth through effective governance and go-to-market execution.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, marketing, customer experience or related field.
• Certifications in service management, customer experience, project management or business management desirable.
• 5-7 years in product, portfolio, service or partner management in VAS or customer-facing environment.
• Experience in setting up factories, manufacturing businesses or industrial companies and end-to-end industrial customer journey.
• Commercial and customer-focused thinking.
• Ability to prioritize and make practical recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Refine and maintain VAS offerings based on client needs and performance.
• Prepare customer-friendly service packages with documented scope and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial to support go-to-market plans.
• Create enablement tools for frontline teams (FAQs, scripts, customer journeys).
• Deliver training sessions and refresh materials for accurate service positioning.
• Manage third-party providers and monitor SLAs; escalate when needed.
• Monitor KPIs (SLA, Turnaround Time, CSAT/NPS, complaints) and drive improvements.
• Prepare performance reports for the Director covering revenue trends and risks.
• Capture client feedback and feed insights into service improvements.
• Act as the escalation point for client issues related to VAS.
