Network International is seeking an Assistant Manager – Value Added Services (VAS) to support day-to-day coordination and delivery of value-added payment solutions. This UAE Nationals only role focuses on Emiratization and development of local talent within the UAE.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure timely execution, track performance, and maintain quality documentation for internal processes and customer materials.

About the Job:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Value Added Services (VAS) to support our team in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of value-added payment solutions. As part of our commitment to Emiratization and the development of local talent, this opportunity is open exclusively to UAE Nationals (Emirati candidates) with a valid UAE family book.

Job accountabilities:

• Support coordination between Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Follow up on ongoing activities, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain trackers and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the team in resolving day-to-day queries and coordination requirements.
• SLA & Process Support
• Assist in developing and maintaining SLA trackers and service timelines.
• Monitor agreed timelines and follow up with relevant teams on pending activities.
• Support the documentation and improvement of internal processes.
• Escalate delays or challenges to the relevant team members when required.
• Presentation & Content Development
• Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, product materials, business updates, and customer-facing content.
• Coordinate with Product and Operations teams to collect relevant information and inputs.
• Ensure presentations and materials are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Sales & Marketing Support
• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Marketing teams on VAS-related activities.
• Assist with preparation of customer presentations, proposals, product overviews, and sales
