Job summary

KPMG Middle East is seeking an Associate Director in Valuations & Financial Modelling to lead complex engagements, advise clients on valuation issues, and ensure delivery of high-quality reports. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, budget-compliant execution.

The successful candidate will supervise teams, manage proposals, and partner with senior leadership to deliver insights for client transactions and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• More than eight years of experience in executing large and complex valuation engagements.
• CBV, ASA, or an equivalent valuations designation.
• Graduate diploma (MBA or MSc Finance) or any other professional designation (CPA, CA, CFA, etc.).
• Candidate must be available to work longer hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex or large-scale valuation assignments within budget and deadlines.
• Ensure reports and deliverables meet KPMG quality standards.
• Lead end-to-end engagements in business valuation, transactions valuations, and purchase price allocation.
• Advise clients on complex valuation issues and coordinate cross-functional inputs.
• Present reports and conclusions to clients alongside the Director/Partner.
