Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior UX/UI leader to shape the vision, strategy, and governance of digital experiences across platforms. You will drive user-centered design, accessibility, and scalable processes within agile workflows.

You will lead research initiatives, translate analytics into design decisions, and push innovations in personalization and interaction models, with a focus on SAP Fiori and global usability standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive UX/UI design experience and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-centered Design, Interaction Design, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori / SAP Design Systems.
• Background in large-scale design governance and accessibility benchmarks.
• Certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or UX/UI methodologies are a plus.
• Exposure to Government, Energy, Aviation, Logistics, Telecom, Utilities, or Banking sectors.

Responsibilities

• Shape the UX UI vision and design strategy for all digital platforms.
• Ensure accessibility and bilingual usability across touchpoints, aligning with WCAG.
• Set standards for UX UI integration to enable scalable agile delivery.
• Own the research agenda with structured user testing and feedback loops.
• Turn insights into design decisions and track adoption KPIs.
• Explore innovative approaches in personalization and emerging interaction models.
