Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior UX/UI leader to shape the vision, strategy, and governance of digital experiences across platforms. You will drive user-centered design, accessibility, and scalable processes within agile workflows.

You will lead research initiatives, translate analytics into design decisions, and push innovations in personalization and interaction models, with a focus on SAP Fiori and global usability standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive UX/UI design experience and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-centered Design, Interaction Design, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori / SAP Design Systems.
• Background in large-scale design governance and accessibility benchmarks.
• Certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or UX/UI methodologies are a plus.
• Exposure to Government, Energy, Aviation, Logistics, Telecom, Utilities, or Banking sectors.

Job description

• Shape the UX UI vision and design strategy, setting the direction for how all digital platforms and services deliver a consistent user-centered experience
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity by design, embedding WCAG global standards and bilingual Arabic English usability across every digital touchpoint
• Set the standards for UX UI integration, defining guidelines that bring design consistency and scalability into agile and lean delivery workflows
• Own the research and usability agenda, running structured user research, usability testing and feedback loops to keep design decisions grounded in real user behavior
• Turn data into design decisions, using analytics and research insights to guide executive strategy and track outcomes against adoption and satisfaction KPIs
• Push the boundaries of UX UI innovation, piloting new approaches in personalization, automation and emerging interaction models to keep the experience future-ready
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive UX/UI design experience, with a proven record of setting design vision and influencing senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Human-centered Design, Interaction Design, or related field or Master's in UX/UI, Service Innovation, or Digital Transformation preferred
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori / SAP Design Systems
• Background in large-scale design governance, accessibility compliance, and international design benchmarking
• Certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or UX/UI methodologies are a plus
• Prior exposure to Government, Energy (Oil & Gas), Aviation, Logistics & Ports, Telecom, Utilities, or Banking/Finance sectors highly valued
