Role: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose

The senior UI/UX Designer’s role involves conducting extensive research, analyzing user feedback, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to develop intuitive and user‑centered designs.

Key Accountabilities of the role

• Behighly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrate superb design, writing and presentation skills.
• Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user‑centered design methodologies.
• Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem‑solving skills, self‑direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication.
• Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers.
• Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross‑functional Agile product teams.
• Research, identify and articulate customer needs.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role

• Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
• Entrepreneurial self‑starter who is self‑motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence.
• Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design.
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping.
• Knowledge of Agile software development process.
