Job summary

Robusta Studio is seeking an experienced Manager - UX/UI Designer to lead the design process for Open Finance products across web and mobile platforms. You will own the design lifecycle and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.

The role requires guiding usability testing, prototyping, and UI design while driving a strategic UX agenda and design processes within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design the information architecture and interaction flows for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys.
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and product adoption.
• Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Miro.
• Create high-quality UI designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with design systems.
• Work closely with UI and development teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy.
• Present design concepts, research insights, and usability findings to stakeholders.
• Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of UX strategy aligned with product and business goals.
