Job summary

Robusta Studio is seeking an experienced Manager UX UI Designer to lead the user experience design process for digital products. The role focuses on creating intuitive, seamless, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You will own the design lifecycle, advocate for users, and contribute to the evolution of UX strategy and design processes. Responsibilities include designing information architecture, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing, and collaborating with product

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Proven experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within Agile environments.
• Strong expertise in Figma, Sketch, Miro, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user research and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Understanding of responsive design and digital accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms.
• Design information architecture and interaction flows.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps for intuitive navigation.
• Develop prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Miro.
• Create high-quality UI designs and design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Present concepts, research insights, and usability findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to UX strategy and process improvements.
