Utilities Technician

Responsibilities

• Ability to provide mechanical maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for all kinds of utility machines on beverage lines, compressors, and chillers.
• Very good knowledge of beverage lines machines (Sidel or KHS or Krones lines) and thorough knowledge in Injection machines.
• Must have basic knowledge of electricity.
• Plan and estimate mechanical jobs.
• Responsible for directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime (maximize equipment availability) and extend equipment life.
• Ability to identify mechanical spare parts requirements for all utility machines.
• Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of mechanical assignments.

Skills

• Ability to work in shifts.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to refer manuals/catalogs.

Experience Required

• 5 years experience in beverage industry.
