CHANGAN Automobile in Dubai, UAE seeks a regional product research professional to conduct user research for key markets, analyze demographic, economic, and cultural trends, and build user profiles. You will manage regional research projects from tendering to reporting and develop insights reports to guide regional product development across market segments.

The role requires a bachelor degree or higher, strong automotive knowledge, and proven cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research for key markets in the region, focusing on new car users. This includes analyzing trends driven by macro factors such as social, demographic, economic, cultural, psychological, and consumption dynamics, and creating social group maps and user profiles.
• Manage product research projects for the region, including but not limited to tendering, design planning, on-site execution monitoring, data validation, report revision, and writing.
• Develop regional user insight reports based on regional user characteristics and needs to guide product development for various market segments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in target audience research and complete vehicle studies, with a solid understanding of automotive structures and product planning processes.
• Possesses sharp market sensitivity and strong capabilities in trend insight, cross-functional coordination, and innovative problem-solving.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or above, combining an active learning mindset with strong dedication to team success.
