Changan Automobile is seeking an experienced Product Planning Manager to drive market insights and define product roadmaps. You will partner with R&D, marketing, and sales to shape specifications, track performance, and steer lifecycle decisions across automotive offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in product planning, product management, or a related role in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulations, and technologies.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin or other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities
