Job summary

KAVAK UAE in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales / Sourcing Associate to inspect vehicles, close appointment leads, and support trade-in deals. You will source quality used cars through online channels and direct market sources while aiming to maximize purchase units and gross profit.

The role requires a university/college graduate, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication. UAE/GCC experience is preferred, with a knack for data analysis and collaboration with data teams

Qualifications

• University/diploma/college graduate or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in a relevant position.
• UAE/GCC region experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Data analysis; testing & piloting; process optimization; be able to work with data teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and close deals from customer appointment leads.
• Support Retail Sales team for closing Trade-in deals.
• Source quality used cars from market through online and direct channels.
• Achieve overall purchase units and Gross profit.
• Develop new Business channels for sourcing from all markets.
• Create opportunities for sourcing to import & export used cars.
• Manage Dealer enrolment and engagement in Kavak Auction platform.
• Constantly update Market intel on pricing and stock availability of new & used cars.
• 100% compliance to SOP’s and ensure all procedures are adhered to all time.
