Job summary

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking a waiter/waitress to deliver warm, personalized service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, coordinate with the kitchen and service team, and maintain high standards of ambiance and presentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a upscale hotel/resort, excellent English, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
• Strong F&B knowledge and superb guest interaction.
• Excellent communication in English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a memorable dining experience.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Maintain mise-en-place and ensure station is ready for service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service.
• Stay informed about resort events and daily activities affecting service.
• Report maintenance issues and participate in team briefings and training.
