Qualifications

• Strong experience in client coordination and operations management.
• Knowledge of quotation preparation, cost estimation, and invoicing.
• Ability to coordinate with production and site teams.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and project updates.
• Manage ground operations related to upholstery work and site execution.
• Liaise with production teams to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Prepare and manage quotations, estimations, and invoices.
• Track project progress and maintain proper documentation.
