Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in high jewelry or ultra-luxury retail.
• Established UHNW client book within the UAE, with demonstrated ability to cultivate and retain high-value relationships.
• Exceptional clientelling skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high jewelry environment.
• Experience with heritage jewelry houses or established high jewelry maisons is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve high jewelry sales targets for the boutique and region.
• Leverage an existing UHNW client book to grow revenue and deepen the boutique’s presence.
• Lead recruitment, training, and coaching of the high jewelry team; ensure exemplary boutique presentation and client experience.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and market insight to inform regional feedback to product and regional teams.
