Electra seeks a capable professional to manage visa processing, licenses, and government-related tasks within the GCC region. You will liaise with government departments, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate records for employees and the company.

The role requires a solid understanding of UAE labor and immigration rules, with an emphasis on confidentiality and efficient service delivery to Electra and its group.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong background of UAE Labor Law.
• Experience in Dubai is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE immigration rules and regulations.

Mansioni

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of local government regulations for licensing, visa issuance, and residence procedures.
• Ensure timely acquisition of permits, licenses, and government approvals.
• Process, record, and securely handle all government documents with confidentiality.
• Submit and process applications to local government bodies (e.g., trade license, labor permits, licenses).
• Provide fast, reliable government-related services and coordinate with the team.
