Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach seeks a Government Relations Supervisor to lead visa, work permit, Emirates ID, residency and immigration-related applications for employees.

You will coordinate Occupational Health Card scheduling, liaise with authorities, secure permits and licenses, and partner with People & Culture to ensure compliance and timely processing, supporting ongoing career growth.

Qualificações

• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, residency, and government-related procedures.
• Proven experience managing employment visas, work permits, residency applications, OHC processing, and medical scheduling.
• Experience liaising with government authorities and processing licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all visa, work permit, Emirates ID, residency, and immigration-related applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments for employees.
• Oversee Occupational Health Card (OHC) applications and renewals, coordinating all medical examinations and health screening appointments as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth processing of all applications and requests.
• Represent the organization at government departments, ministries, and external agencies, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of documentation matters.
• Coordinate and secure event permits, guest visas, trade licenses, special approvals, and other government-related permits required for business operations.
• Partner closely with the People & Culture team to ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration requirements, and company policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory updates, providing guidance and recommendations to leadership on compliance requirements and process improvements.
