Electra Events & Exhibitions in the UAE seeks a focused regulatory administrator. The role is reserved for UAE nationals and requires keen understanding of licensing, visa and residence procedures with a strong emphasis on legal compliance and data protection.

You will handle permits, licenses, government documentation, and coordinate closely with authorities to ensure timely processing and adherence to evolving regulations while supporting the team with efficient administrative services.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role in Dubai.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immigration rules.
• Administrative coordination experience.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Arabic language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of local government regulations particularly those pertaining to licensing visa issuance and residence procedures.
• Ensure the timely acquisition of all necessary permits licenses and government approvals adhering strictly to legal requirements and avoiding any penalties.
• Process, record and securely handle all government-related documents ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
• Handle online records and fulfil requirements mandated.
• Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and documentation to the local government bodies including but not limited to Trade License labour permits export license economic license foreign license etc
• Provide quick efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Licenses renewal miscellaneous jobs and Business Licences to the company and its group adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices
• Help the team in administrative coordination.
