Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Head of Vertical Sales UAE to lead a high‑performing sales team and drive growth across Oil & Gas, Water, Petrochemical, and other verticals.

The role requires 7–10 years in industrial automation sales, strong leadership, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus). Expect hybrid work with 2–3 mobile days per week and a focus on strategic customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
• 7–10 years of sales experience in industrial automation, digitalization, or related areas.
• Proven leadership of sales teams and growth through people leadership.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 1st level sales managers.
• Contribute to and execute sales strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
• Oversee pipeline, quotas, and KPIs; adjust as needed.
• Establish and maintain key UAE customer relationships and drive vertical growth.
