Job summary

Element is seeking a Sales Engineer with 5–7 years of UAE experience in technical sales, preferably in the Oil & Gas electrical or industrial products sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven project-sales experience, and an established UAE market network.

You will develop new business and manage accounts across the UAE, pursue opportunities in Oil & Gas EPC, industrial and electrical projects, and prepare technical and commercial quotations, negotiating RFQs,

Qualifications

5–7 years of UAE experience in technical sales.
Experience selling electrical products to Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial or project-based customers.
Strong network within UAE electrical/Oil & Gas market.
Experience with EPC contractors, E&I contractors, consultants and procurement teams.
UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and manage existing accounts across the UAE.
Identify opportunities within Oil & Gas EPC, industrial and electrical projects.
Build relationships with EPC contractors, E&I contractors, Oil & Gas companies, consultants and procurement teams.
Generate RFQs, tenders and project enquiries; prepare technical and commercial quotations and negotiate with customers.
Manage opportunities from enquiry through quotation, negotiation and order closure; maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve targets.
